K&C Estates was born from a deeply personal experience. When planning our daughter’s wedding in Montgomery, we quickly realized there were very few options for accommodating family and friends in a way that felt elevated, comfortable, and connected. We wanted a place where everyone could stay together-where the weekend could unfold naturally, with meaningful moments happening both before and after the wedding day.

As a family with five children and now a growing legacy that includes our grandchild, creating spaces for connection has always been at the heart of who we are. As owners of a private estate we had thoughtfully designed and loved for years, we saw an opportunity to offer something truly special -something that reflected the importance of gathering, celebrating, and being together.

K&C Estates was created to provide a luxury, full property experience where guests can relax, connect, and celebrate in one beautiful setting - while still allowing the wedding venue to remain the heart of the celebration. Today, Karl and Cristen are proud to share this estate with others, offering couples, families and planners a refined and welcoming place to create lasting memories.
